After victory on the ice of Norwegian Hamar took Spartans one point in the second duel of Champions Hockey League group stage. In Swiss Geneva they lost 3:4 in overtime. Sparta went to the lead three times thanks to goals of Tomáš Netík, Jan Buchtele and Adam Polášek, but Geneva was able to tied the game three times.
