Sparta achieved two wins in the start of the new season but in a home arena of Vitkovice was not successful anymore. Spartans lost a game against this rival for the fourth time in a streak and this time it was not much easier. They shot only once during the whole game thanks to one of the newcomers, a defender Tomas Pavelka.
